Back in Diablo 2 (the legacy, not resurrected) I could use the udietoo tool to edit a stack of arrows (mostly used to make them replenish themselves at a high rate). I can't edit them with your tool.
I don't think adding the replenish quantity to the bow will replenish the arrows, are arrows in resurrected un-editable?
